My Forged Marriage: Takao Let me just start off by saying that I think I like this game more than Konkatsu Love, my all time favorite. I believe this is because the characters are unpredictable, unlike all of the other games I’ve played. I adored Takao’s route. He’s such a sweetie and I even cried. I have never cried for a game before, so I was taken aback. However, there were many faults that I found right off the bat and towards the ending of the route. I think the ending is probably the most crucial part of a route because it basically ties everything together in a beautiful ring. At least, that’s what it is supposed to do. Takao is supposed to be kind of awkward and it’s hard for him to express his feelings. I get it, but he doesn’t actually tell you he likes you until the second to last chapter, which for me was pretty slow and heart-wrenching. His reason for fake marriage is to help his sickly grandmother recover because it’s her dying wish. Halfway through his route I wanted to leave him because of all the lying and heartbreak I was being put through, but no matter what my character said, he never did anything… But the ending made up for all of he heart wrenching parts with the actual proposal scene. At the end he says, “You’re all mine now.” Which basically made up for everything! He continued to say, however, “Just kidding.” Do you know how much that killed the scene? I would like a full explanation of this immediately.  In the end I could only give him 4 stars.. Sorry Takao♥ The ending just killed everything.  Rating: ★ ★ ★ ★ - The story didn’t flow as smoothly as it should have.
